We want you to be happy with your purchase from SMQ.STORE. This Refund Policy explains your right to return items and how refunds are processed, in line with EU consumer protection law.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

2. How to request a return

To start a return, please contact us at smqstore777@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

3. Condition of returned goods

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included, where possible. You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or of receiving evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

5. Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty, defective, or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: personalised or custom-made items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, and any items that have been used beyond the extent necessary to establish their nature.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at smqstore777@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs.
